convenient station large room inconsistent service bouncy bed

the hotel is directly above jordan station, a significant plus. our room on the 15th floor, a beautiful twin room city view non-smoking, proved sufficiently large. the bathroom included a mini tub alongside a shower, i found it quite satisfactory..

the front desk staff seemed somewhat inconsistent in their service. when i needed assistance securing a taxi to the airport, i had hoped for more proactive help. the bed was also not the best quality, feeling quite bouncy and disruptive during sleep.

great location subway station free soft drinks

the location is great it is right on nathan road. subway station access is downstairs it allows for easy connections. free soft drinks are in the fridge i found it a big plus during summer.

the elevator felt old and it shook a bit when in use.
